Our Beginning

The Story of the Black Sheep.

In 2014, The Black Sheep Bistro opened its doors in the heart of Panaji with a bold vision: to challenge the conventional and celebrate the unconventional. We weren't interested in following trends—we wanted to create them.

Our founders, inspired by Goa's rich culinary heritage and diverse cultural influences, set out to build a restaurant that honored local traditions while fearlessly exploring global techniques. The name itself is a declaration—we're the ones who dare to be different.

Over the past decade, we've grown from a small bistro into a culinary destination, but our core philosophy remains unchanged: source locally, think globally, and never compromise on quality or creativity.
